The Clumber Jungle goes LIVE playing host to a team of staff trainers from Wilkinson’s hardware stores. The Jungle staff delivered Archery, Team Challenges, Laser Clay and Segway on the 1^st of October.

 The weather was very kind as it was 24 degrees and all that attended threw themselves into all the events.

I have to be honest we may have fo-pard when we got one of the senior guys to become a sack of corn for the water rescue but he was a good sport and went along with it.

The Clumber Jungle is a lovely wooded area right next door to the Clumber Park Hotel which enables two great providers to work seamlessly together.  So if you need to hold an important team meeting or conference but want to be able to add reward events easily then The Clumber Park Hotel and the Clumber Jungle is just what you are looking for. At The Adrenalin Jungle we aim to please and over the years we have had a range or weird and wonderful requests some we can accommodate and some we can’t.

When we got a call from the organiser of the Mat Folliot party who had booked in to do our Quad Bike Trek and Assault Course asking us is it would be OK for the group to dress the stag up as a PIANIST I remember commenting to the guys in the office how strange the request was.

It soon became obvious that I had misheard the question as Mat made his way to The Jungle Base Camp as he was clearly not dressed as a PIANIST!!!!! But I was glad to see he had the balls to carry the costume off.

We were unable to let him participate on the Quad Trek in the ‘get up’ but on the practice run on the Assault Course he excelled himself – although he did look a little stiff towards the end of the event so we assume he was enjoying it!!

Don’t forget if you have a stag or hen weekend coming up why not let The Jungle get involved in the total humiliation of one of your closest friends!! As long as it’s safe and not too revealing (I have seen enough Man-kinis to stop me ever using a cheese wire ever again) you can dress them up any way you like.

It was another happy day for The Jungle Team as we all went along to celebrate Mr and Mrs Jackson (Jacko’s) wedding day on the 16^th of September and in true commitment to the job it was a Friday event so as to not impact on the weekend ahead.

On behalf of all the team I would like to wish them both the best of luck especially Lorna who we all assume has taken on the challenge as Jacko’s carer as a BET.
