Nottingham Rugby Team Day at The Jungle

    Monday, April 18th, 2011

       Â

As the Rugby Union play offs loom, Nottingham Rugby were looking for a way to reward and motivate the team. Some of you may have seen how the England team prepared for the France game with some blindfold 4×4, so if it was good enough for the England Team it was good enough for our boys.

Craig, Jacko and some of the boys came to The Adrenalin Jungle for some team building to include challenges aimed at focusing on communication, eye - hand coordination and strategic planning.

The guys tried their hand at Archery; Blindfold 4×4 Driving, our Jungle Challenge, Laser Tag and our Woodland Quad Trek.

Teams were sorted with the backs taking on the forwards, with the backs taking the glory.

If you have a team that need motivating or rewarding why not call The Jungle and talk to one of our event co-ordinators to get some ideas.

Country File film at The Adrenalin Jungle

    Wednesday, September 16th, 2009

On 15th September 2009, The BBC ONE programme COUNTRYFILE filmed at The Jungle.

The day was a beautifully sunny Autumn day when the stars Julia Bradbury and Matt Baker arrived to give a couple of our events a go as part of filming an episode focussing on diversification of farming in Notts.

Julia hurled herself accross our Assault Course and they were due to have a go at Lasertag but unfortunately time ran out but our Paintballing should also feature in the programme.

‘JT Old Dogs’ Paintball Team finalists in Malaga

    Tuesday, May 5th, 2009

Managing Director of The Adrenalin Jungle, Don Logan, has just returned after taking part in The Millenium Paintball Series - Round One held in Malaga. The Team ‘JT Old Dogs’ won all of their first 5 games on Day 1 and went through to Day 2 in first place. Unfortunately due to adverse weather conditions – the worst the region had experienced for 15 years with winds recorded at 100kms per hour, some of the play was cancelled on the Sunday. With much Sangria being consumed by the team the night before, the winning streak unfortunately didn’t continue on Finals Day but the team still finished a very respectable 11th place out of 45 teams, not bad from a team whos average age was 40!
